Yes amenity package is $132 per month ($7 pest control, $25 trash door to door, $85 internet/cable, and $15 amenities fees).

Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?

Yes, Heat/AC (see local guidelines for temperatures), water leaks of any kind, No electricity in the entire apartment as long as it is not an area-wide issue outage, no hot water, no working toilet, refrigerator not working, unsecure entry and lockouts.

Is there a technology package at this property? (If yes, what does it include?)

Yes, the technology package includes high-speed bulk internet 250Mbps and DirectTv family bulk package.

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site? (Include cost if so)

Yes washer and dryer in every unit.

Is parking available and is it included?

Decal parking is available with one space per lease holder.

You can move in as soon as you select an apartment, are approved following a background and credit check, and have paid the required fees and security deposit.

3 times the rent, pass credit and background check.

Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?

Yes.
